CATS is short for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
The functionality design & development is based on both IT in addition to Recruitment industry experience of Management at FRS.
Responsible for concieving ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and user interface design layout sketching.
Supporting implementation by highly skilled UK design & build expertise using Cloud / SaaS based Oracle APEX (Applications Express).
FRS' CATS functionality aims to benefit and support Employer's Hiring Managers, Recruiters, Candidates and any of their appointed Permanent Talent Recruitment or Contingent Workforce related Managed Service Providers, Master-Vendors and independant Agencies
CATS Cloud / SaaS based funtionality is packaged as a Customised Integrated Applicant Tracking System (CIATS) Recruitment Product
CIATS Product CATS functionality is available on a stand-alone basis for use by Employers' & Agencies' Internal Management & Recruiters
CIATS Product CATS functionality can also be used in and as a Master Vendor scenario and product by Employers' Recruitment business units/departments and Recruitment Agencies

Recruiters can Add, Edit, Search, Update and View their own Client / Employer company details that they administer

Recruiters can Add, Edit, Search, Update, and make Employer Contact / Employee Notes in a Calendar on CATS

Recruiters can Add, Edit, Search, Update and View Client Jobs / Resource Requirement information on CATS
